legal entity;
Russian citizen;
foreigner; stateless person.
All of them have the right to purchase a variety of real estate, both residential and non-residential, such as apartments.
The Constitution in clause 3, article 62 gives equal rights to Russian and foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship. All of them are free to own, use and dispose of real estate, as well as have the possibility of judicial protection of their rights.

Neither the Constitution nor Federal laws restrict the right of foreigners to own, use and dispose of real estate in the territory of the Russian Federation. Not having Russian citizenship, you can buy a house or apartment, or for personal farming. It is prohibited by law to purchase land:
agricultural purposes (only rent is possible);
border areas;
subsoil, continental shelf and forest resources;
state nature reserves;
on the territory of which there are objects of defense industry, transport infrastructure;
in closed administrative areas
