Конструкция There is / There are

Мы употребляем конструкцию There is / There are тогда, когда хотим сказать, что в определенном месте кто-то или что-то находится.
We use There is / There are to say that something / someone exists.
There is - употребляем с существительными в единственном числе (singular). We use There is to say that a person, an animal, a thing or a place exists.

В устной речи мы обычно используем сокращенную форму - There’s. The short form of There is is There’s.

The negative form

Существует два способа отрицательных предложений:
1.При помощи отрицательной частицы - not ( There isn’t / There aren’t )

2. При помощи местоимения - no, которое стоит перед существительным, при этом артикль – а и местоимение – any
