употребляется для обозначения действия, происходящего в данный момент, в момент речи или в период времени, включающий данный момент.

Вопрос к подлежащему (Who)
Вопрос к подлежащему во времени Present Continuous задается в
3 лице ед. ч. => Who is + Ving !!!
