As If Even If Though

AS IF \ AS THOUGH
The past perfect subjunctive after as if / as though is used to refer to an unreal past situation:
It looks as if they’ve had a shock. похоже, они пережили шок

She felt as if all her worries had gone.
They felt as though they had been given the wrong information.

He seems as if he hadn't slept for days. (but we don't know )

Even if - refers to a hypothetical or unreal situation.
"Even if I invited her, she wouldn't come" –
(you didn't really invite her and we are not a 100% sure she won't come).
Even though – smth definitely happening:
Even though the interview went bad. He got the job.
