Конструкции “There is / are”: утверждение, вопрос, отрицание

! Мы переводим такие предложения с конца: сначала говорим где (on the table), а потом – что находится (a book / books) !

Task 1: Look at the picture of a farm and say what you can see. Use the constructions “There is …”, “There are…”.
Example: There is / are … in the farm.

Task 2: This is Kate. She has got a lot of toys. Ask her what toys she has got in her boxes.
Example: Is / Are there … in your boxes?

Task 3: Look at the picture of a fridge. Say what food you don’t see in it.
Example: There isn’t / aren’t … in the fridge.

Task 4: Complete the sentences using is, are, isn’t or aren’t.
There … apples on the table. Let’s eat them!
