If + Present Simple, Present Simple

First Conditional
If it is cold tomorrow, I will wear warm sweater.
If the teacher asks me next lesson, I won`t answer anything.
Выражает реальное или возможное условие в настоящем или будущем
If + Present Simple, Simple Future (will + Infinitive)

Second Conditional
If I saw a ghost here, I would run away.
Выражает нереальное или воображаемое условие в настоящем или будущем
If + Past Simple, would + Infinitive

Third Conditional
If you had been at school yesterday, you would have understood it.
Выражает ситуацию в прошлом, которая не произошла, нереальное условие, упущенную возможность
If + Past Perfect, would + Present Perfect
