Violation of the right to purchase real estate
A foreign citizen can register property rights in real estate in Russia only on the condition of legal residence on the territory of Russia.
For state registration, you must provide a document proving your identity and its notarized completion of the translation into Russian.
In case of their violation, the Rosreestr will refuse state registration.

Violation of restrictions for foreigners in the Russian Federation
If a person’s property on the grounds allowed by law turned out to be a land plot of agricultural land or a share in the right of common ownership of a land plot of agricultural land and this entails a violation of the requirements of Article 3 and (or) paragraph 2 of Art. 4 of this Federal Law, such land (part of land) or a share must be alienated by the owner.
