Created by Gaston Fruchard in 1920
Acquired by Ugine Aciers in 1970
Integrated in Sprint Métal in 1978
Restructured in 1979 : from 220 to 60 employees
Specialised in the manufacturing of profile wire since more than 30 years
2006 : acquired by Schmolz & Bickenbach AG
