Christmas Advent Calendar

The 25th of December is Christmas Day. It’s a happy holiday for many people in different countries.
Advent calendar is a great way to create a magical atmosphere in your home and give your child a sense of celebration long before December 25. Do not be lazy to make it for your children. For each day in this calendar, there is a box with a surprise: open them in order — a day for a box. In these boxes, you can find small gifts, notes with tasks or tips on where to find gifts.
Our pupils will show you how easily it is to make an advent calendar.

We need:
Cardboard
Coloured paper
Scissors. steel wire
Pencil, plate
Glue, ruler
Scotch, stapler
Marker, gel pens
Ribbons
Foam rubber
Beads
Sweets
Riddles, wishes and
GOOD SPIRITS!

Step 1. We need to take the cardboard, measure the desired size and cut it. Girls get involved in the process and think what they will get in the end.

Step 2. When the cardboard is ready, we need to connect its ends to make a cylinder and glue them. Marietta does it carefully.

Step 3. Girls successfully make the bottom of the cylinders and then glue them . They also cut out and wrap the base with a red ribbon .

Step 4. Making a fir tree.
We make a base of wire, cut out triangles from foam rubber and string them. Decorate the Christmas tree with beads, snowflakes, decorate the top with a bow.

Step 5. Our calendar is half ready. What's left ? We take the coloured paper, and cut out the circles from it, then take marker and write numbers from 1 to 24.

Step 6. We’ve finished all the preparations. Now the most pleasant thing is the packaging of sweet gifts and good wishes. The one who will open the calendar will be pleasantly surprised. The girls decided to put sweets, greetings and riddles. It's so great!

It remains only to collect our advent calendar. To be honest, it was not an easy task for girls, but they coped with it and the result was excellent!

Our advent calendar is ready. We've done a pretty good job! Now we have not only a funny calendar, but also a Christmas tree!
