The rationale of the topic:
In our days music is a great importance. I am sure that a lot of people listen to music, especially schoolchildren and students.

The problem:
A lot of schoolchildren who study English spend much time to learn difficult grammar structures and understand them.

Tasks:
1.To find out the meanings of the words «song» and «music».
2. To know more about my favorite style of music EDM.
3.To conduct a survey among pupils of our school.
4. To make a conclusion and to prove that English music and songs help me to improve English through my personal experience.

What is Music?
It is an art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound organized in time.
What is Song?
It is a single work of music that is typically intended to be sung by the human voice with distinct and fixed pitches and patterns using sound and silence and a variety of forms that often include the repetition of sections.

EDM
Electronic Dance Music is a broad range of genres and styles of electronic music, aimed primarily for the entertainment industry.
EDM is typically used in the context of live playing.

My favorite composer is Calvin Harris. I think he is very talented.
For me, Calvin is the man who gives a way to me in this wonderful world, the world of good music.
