I was born in Yekaterinburg, it is my __1____city. Yekaterinburg is one of the largest cities of the Russian Federation. It is an administrative __2__of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Ural Federal District. Nowadays the city is an important centre of industry, transport, science and culture. I was born (родился) in Yekaterinburg, it is my home city. Yekaterinburg is a modern city in Russia, and a large industrial and cultural centre of the Ural Federal District. Most of all (больше всего) I like to walk in Yekaterinburg parks. My favorite park is near the Ural Federal University. I sometimes go to the Drama House with mum. My city is especially beautiful in summer.

Когда употребляется определенный артикль the?
Where is the book? – The book is on the table.
Где книга? Книга на столе. (Собеседникам известна книга)
I see a girl in the room. The girl is about 7 years old.
Я вижу девочку в комнате. Девочке около 7 лет.(Речь идет о конкретной девочке во втором предложении или нет?)
He is the best student in the group.
Он лучший студент в группе.
