Victory Day in Sukhoi Log

INTRODUCTION
Victory Day is celebrated by the whole of Russia. Dry Log is no exception. In our town, May 9 is celebrated every year.

This year, military equipment from the Great Patriotic War came to our town.

HOLIDAY AT THE FACTORY
At one of the factories of our city there is a memorial dedicated to the factory workers who died during the war. Every year, on Victory Day, a festive concert is held here.

I also took a photo at the memorial plate "To the workers of the Sukholozhsky trade, who died for their Homeland during the Great Patriotic War".

MY GREAT-GRANDFATHER
Victory Day is a significant holiday for me! I am proud of my great-grandfather Grigory Alekseyevich Novoselov, who went through 3 wars (Finnish, Great Patriotic War and Japanese).

I believe that we should not forget those people who fought for our bright future.
