Since, the independence of india the national symbols were made at different times in history.
There are in total 17 national symbols that exist today.
Apart from the national symbols, each sector of different industries are known for their specific symbols.
Some of those are industrial sector, food sector, agricultural sector, etc.

In india only one city i.e. surat has the diamond cutting business which led to its name as ‘The diamond city of india.’
India in recent years has held between 19–31% of the world market in polished diamonds .

Though, a lot more sectors exist but these two sectors stood out the most prominent for me.
