Juvenile crime was at all times, but now it is a real problem of our time. Now the pace of life is much faster, if you want to live well, we need a lot of work. Adults all the time lost at work, and children are usually left to themselves. Sometimes they have nothing to do and getting under the pernicious influence of friends, they commit offences

Mostly teenagers engaged in looting. Someone purely out of curiosity, and someone from the desire to obtain money or some items. In our world of high technology everything is just crazy about smartphones, tablets and other technology. Not all parents can buy their children expensive equipment. Therefore, many start to steal and not even money, namely a variety of mobile devices

There are cruel teenagers who are capable of beating or even killing a person. They believe that have not reached the age of majority, and therefore will not get punished. What about the value of human life and dignity? It seems to me that these teenagers should be punished regardless of age. To decreased juvenile delinquency, parents should bring up children and at least explain to them what you can do and what is not.
