park?
Merriam Webster Dictionary defines it as an area of land that is owned and protected by a national government because of its natural beauty or its importance to history or science.  The United Kingdom has 15 national parks with 10 in England, 3 in Wales and 2 in Scotland.  According to the internationally accepted standard of the IUCN they are areas of outstanding landscape where habitation and commercial activities are restricted. Well, there are the following National Parks in Great Britain:
