Today, every second Russian citizen (53%) reads books, which is slightly lower
than last year's figure (55%), but exceeds the five-year value (45%). Most often, books are read by women (59%), young people aged 18-24 years old (83%) and people aged 25-34 years old (61%), as well as people with higher education (68%).
