Kind Heart

The purpose of my project is to reduce a number of stray animals in the streets.

The aims:
Helping homeless animals by building a shelter getting some donations from people. Or instead of building a whole new shelter, looking for someone in the community who is willing to dedicate part of their house or some unused – but already constructed – shelter like establishment.
But firstly,
organizing a charity community or “society” that'll be eager to persuade others to do it.
finding volonteers!

The goals:
Organizing a company that will start working for the project, some volonteers that will be for the idea.
Organizing a class in schools and universities that will explain basics of my idea and the profits of it.
Finding sponsor to provide money for building shelters and hiring qualified educated workers.
In addition to private donations, I will also consider a grant.
Finding workers that can build the shelter.
Finding equipment for the shelter.
Hiring workers to take care of found animals.
Finding people and companies that will be able to invest some money in the shelter to provide food, medicine for strays.

The steps to
achieve the goal:
Step 1. Finding a place to arrange a class for students and pupils to raise the awereness of the problem. This step is mostly aimed at volonteering.
Step 2. Sponsoring my project, finding grants.
Step 3. Finding workers that can build the shelter.
Step 4. Finding equipment for the shelter.
Step 5. Hiring workers to take care of found animals.
Step 6. Medicine and food.
