One of the biggest problems in the Russian education system is the lack of young qualified teachers and school personnel. The rest of the teachers are no longer young for work with modern children, they have to retire or find suitable work for them. But this is not so easy, because first we need to solve a number of economic problems, for example, lower the retirement age, raise salaries in educational institutions, liquidate unemployment, increased funding of schools etc.
Many things in our education system are almost not subject to reform, in view of the already established and familiar Soviet system. This means that you can not change the age of enrollment and graduation of students, as well as the number of classes, because textbooks, manuals and exams will be difficult to rebuild under new levels of education.

Therefore, in order to improve the Russian education system, it is possible to at least modernize the appearance of schools, school libraries, school uniforms and the activities of children outside of classes, social life of students. First of all, you need to form clubs for hobbies in each school: music, literature, cybernetic, sports, art, theater, etc. This solution will greatly improve the quality of social life and academic performance of our students.
Then you can add scientific-populization programs in order to increase the level of scientific literacy of schoolchildren and their correctness of worldview.
