Hello, my friend! We are going to complete a project on the subject related to « Life without gadjets» and I’d like to show you some illustrations I’ve found recently.

2 features connected with the subject of the project
Photo 1 shows young people who are visiting a public library to get information whereas photo 2 depicts a young woman using an electronic gadget to read a text.

Say in which way the pictures are different ( 2 features connected with the subject of the project)
The pictures I’ve chosen to discuss with you are different.
First of all, the place differs. In picture 1 we see the reference section of a public library where people can find a necessary book and discuss some issues .In picture 2 the place in a house (a flat) gives an opportunity to relax and concentrate on performing the task.
In picture 1 the atmosphere is more formal where people have to follow a set of rules and where the use of some gadgets is often limited. In picture 2 a room in a house seems to be an ideal place to use any gadget you have.

Mention advantages and disadvantages of the types of books (1-2)
The main advantage of a paper book is the quality of illustrations that helps to develop imagination . An e-book is convenient to use but it’s harmful for eye sight.

Explain how these photos illustrate the project “Life without gadgets”
Picture 1 will demonstrate an enjoyable experience of using a paper book and the way people spend time together speaking on various topics. Picture 2 can help to prove that reading e-books is more like a distractor from communicating with people than a helpful device for exchanging information.
