Tula region is bounded by Moscow, Oryol, Ryazan, Kaluga and Lipetsk regions. Tula is in the the centre of Tula region. The other towns are: Aleksin, Belyov, Bogoroditsk, Dubna, Odoyev, Plavsk and others.

population of the region is almost two million people. There are no high mountains there, it’s mainly a lowland with beautiful places: picturesque forests and woods, fields and meadows, rivers and ponds.
