Compound sentences
Compound sentence is a sentence that contains two clauses or complete ideas that are related. These two clauses are usually connected in a compound sentence by a conjunction Interconnected by the writing unions: and, or, no, no, not yet, but others. For example: Now we have different kinds of compasses , and we use them not only innavigation but in aircraft as well.
A compound sentence consists of simple, grammatically independent sentences related to each other.
without connection: For examples: He turned the lever to the right , the motor started .
Simple sentences as part of an asyndetic compound sentence are separated from each other by a semicolon or comma.
