Civil law
Civil law is an area of law that helps to settle disputes among citizens within a country

Civil law
Purpose of civil law is to right a wrong, honour an agreement, or settle a dispute

Public law
The main purpose of public law is to settle disputes between subjects of law (citizens, companies) and the state

Criminal law
Criminal law deals with crimes which harm the well-being of society, and the main purpose of criminal law is to deter other people from committing similar wrongs

Constitutional law
Constitutional law states the citizen’s rights and duties, regulates the relationships between different branches of the state

Administrative law
Administrative law regulates international trade, taxation, environment protection, manufacturing

Criminal and civil procedures
The difference between criminal and civil procedures is that the party bringing a criminal action (that is in most cases the state) is called the prosecution, and the party bringing a civil action is called the claimant
