*to establish (assign, recalculate, transfer), index and adjust pensions, assign benefits, compensations and other social benefits using information and computer technologies;

* to form and store files of recipients of pensions, allowances and other social benefits;
*advise citizens and representatives of legal entities on pension provision and social protection;
*provide organizational support for the activities of social protection institutions and Pension Fund of the Russian Federation;
