«Scientific and pedagogical labour force for an innovative Russia»
The government launched this program to encourage our scientists working abroad to return, take leadership of scientific teams and implement research projects in Russia. The projects were selected on the basis of competitions. The winners include our compatriots living and working in 22 foreign countries.

Implementation of the program is expected to:
improve the quality of age and qualification structure of human resources for science
improve the quality of higher education and high-tech
increase professorial magistral staff of the highest qualification
increase of highly qualified researchers
