Объект: Недостаточная осведомлённость учащихся в области английского языка в сфере, выходящей за пределы школьной программы.
Предмет: Аутентичные англоязычные песни.
Гипотеза: Овладение английским языком будет более успешным и интересным, если использовать песни, которые способствуют не только развитию коммуникативной компетенции учащихся, но и знакомству с культурой страны изучаемого языка.

Цель: Исследование влияния аутентичных англоязычных песен на процесс формирования у учащихся языковых, речевых, социокультурных навыков и умений.
Задача: Развитие творческих умений учащихся в устной и письменной речи, расширение лексического и информационного запаса из области музыки в области страноведения. Развитие рецептивных и продуктивных речевых умений на основе отобранных песен.

Melanie Fiona Hallim (born July 4, 1983) is a Canadian R&B recording artist. Fiona was born and raised in Toronto to Guyanese parents of African, Indian, and Portuguese descent.
Fiona's debut album The Bridge was released in 2009' having collaborated with Future Cut, Vada Nobles, Stereotypes, J. Phoenix and Peter Wade Keusch.
