Company developed and approved an action plan coordinated by the Social Development Department of “NAC Kazatomprom” JSC to ensure the social and labor conditions of production personnel for 2019
Implementation of activities carried out in accordance with the established plan, highlighting the work results at scheduled company meetings.
As a result of the analysis of survey results, it was established that the main issues in the team were a high level of debt load among the staff, dissatisfaction with the level of salary and incentive system
