The Moscow City Council had the task of enforcing the licensing of the cab fleet in the city and setting up a monitoring system that would allow verification of the registered vehicles.

Our experts helped the customer to connect the approximately 150,000 cabs and integrate GPS data into the system in real time. Analysis tools were implemented and provided to the customer in a complete package as a monitoring system.

Kyiv – Analysis and Monitoring of Mass Transit Fleet
The urban mass transit operator in Kiev was faced with the task of verifying the operation of the mass transit fleet, the efficiency of operations, and compliance with the timetable on a daily basis.

Our team was commissioned to develop a tool for this task. As part of the project, we developed a monitoring and analysis tool that allows the customer to detect delays in good time, analyze the causes and thus significantly improve the efficiency of operations.

Moscow – Automated Parking Control System
The traffic control center in Moscow was entrusted with the task of implementing parking management in the city. In the course of this, paid parking was introduced and a system for automated control was to be implemented.

Our experts implemented a system for the customer, which allows him to plan the use of parking inspectors (special vehicles with ANPR cameras) and quantify their performance. The customer was able to amortize the development costs of the system in the first 3 months of operation through saved fuel costs.

As part of the fundamental modernization of the Moscow transport system and the strategic introduction of intelligent traffic control systems, more than 11,000 traffic detectors have been installed throughout the Moscow metropolitan area.

The customer, the municipal traffic department, commissioned us to create a web-based software solution for automated real-time acquisition of detector measurements, including input data checking and long-term analytics. As a result, the quality of the data could be improved by the system and applied as an input data provider for intelligent traffic control.

With the introduction of intelligent traffic control systems in Moscow, a dynamic traffic model has been built that provides up-to-date, real-time congestion information with forecasting.

The city of Vinnitsa, with a population of more than 650,000, is a major regional center and one of the most innovative cities in Ukraine. As part of the modernization measures taking place throughout Ukraine, the processing of payments for municipal housing and related services should be drastically simplified and made more convenient for residents.
