The issue of thermonuclear reaction walking away from its purely theoretical stage is now acquiring the form of reality, and this in many ways will influence the ecological, energetic and resources saving aspects. So, the Prize Award Ceremony – 2006 was conducted up to the mark and became a great success with the guests and the participants of the ceremony and the forum. Extremely important is the fact that the Russian authoritative bodies regard the contest with a similar attitude. Yet, the objective and subjective nuances of the ceremony’s preparation have to be analyzed. The efficiency of the team responsible for organizing the Global Energy Prize, as well as the work of the contracting companies and other organizers will be later carefully examined by the Executive Directorate. This happens yearly after each ceremony as a means of summing it up. However, the main part in any ceremony is played by its laureates. Once again we would like to congratulate our Prize Winners with getting the awards and wish them strength on their difficult path.
