体检预约要求及注意事项

根据山东省发布的疫情防控要求，所有进入保健中心办理业务的人员，在落实测温、验码等防疫措施的同时，必须查验7天内核酸检测阴性证明。
查验方式：一般通过查验山东健康码进行。
各项业务办理的申请人应当确保对所提交材料及信息为合法、真实、有效，如提交材料及信息存在虚假，由此可能引发的一切后果及法律责任均由申请人承担。

新生持X1入境后，必须尽快进行体检线上预约，以防止预约人数太多，无法按时体检。预约时请务必算好隔离时间，隔离期结束后尽快完成体检，取得体检报告后方可申请办理签证延期手续。

因受理体检申请后需完成后续各个检查室的项目，故受理体检登记、咨询业务时间：星期一至星期五（国家法定节假日除外，调休按照国家统一规定），上午8点至11点，下午不办理体检业务。 地点：青岛市市南区福州南路85号。

2.体检前三天清淡饮食，前一天晚上十点以后以及体检当天早晨禁饮食；女性例假期间进行检查可能会出现尿常规项目异常，若非行程紧张，建议结束后再行检查。
