Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from consumption of meat (red meat, poultry and seafood). Bei vielen ukrainischen Familien ist Suppe täglich auf dem Speiseplan. Und der Borschtsch ist ein traditionelles, ukrainisches Gericht und nach wie vor die Suppeschlechthin.  Wenn wir Millas Tante besuchen ist auch immer die erste Frage „Wollt Ihr einen Teller Borschtsch?“ und selten sagen wir nein, denn der schmeckt einfach göttlich. Dabei gibt es für Borschtsch kein Einheitsrezept. Regional und saisonal kann die Zubereitung sehr variieren. Ich beschreibe heute einmal das Grundrezept meiner Frau und zeige dann einige Variationsmöglichkeiten auf. Die Zutaten für 6 Teller Borschtsch 1. Fleisch: Da geht die Vielfalt schon los. Ob Rind, Schwein, Lamm, Ziegenfleisch oder Geflügel, es geht fast alles. Bei Geflügel bieten sich die Keulen oder Flügel an, gern nehmen wir Rippchen vom Schwein. Denn Knochen sollten dabei sein, das ist geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen – aber wie gesagt, kein Muss. 400g Fleisch sollten es schon sein.

Conflicts is a natural thing in our life. Conflicts happen because people are different: they want different things, they have different ideas and their values are different. Very often people have conflicts because the do not listen to each other well. They think about what they want to say and don’t really hear what the other person is saying. Conflicts are different. But they are all based on misunderstanding between people.
